I am a Dorset artist and children's book author and illustrator. My paintings are in water-colours overlaid with pen and ink.  Most of my life I have been fortunate enough to have lived in Dorset and I cannot remember when wildlife did not fascinate me. My art work has been influenced by the beauty of the natural environment.

My past career was a Primary School Teacher in Poole. This encouraged me to write and illustrate children's books about taking care of our environment for local wildlife charities.
